Umugore utanyuzwe n’imibonano mpuzabitsina ateza ingaruka mbi cyane. Reba ibimenyetso 10 bizamukwereka :

Ni kenshi byagaragaye ko abagore bakora imibonano mpuzabitsina ariko ntibanyurwe, mbese muri make ntibarangize. Iyo umugore atanyuzwe n’imibonano ntabwo wapfa kubimenya kuko bose ntibanabigaragaza kimwe. Ubushakashatsi bwakozwe n’ikigo Kinsey bwagaragaje ko ikintu kimwe umugore utaragije ahuriraho n’undi ari ukutishima( Kurakara).
N’ubwo ibimenyetso bitari kimwe ku bagore bose batarangije, hari bimwe twabateguriye bihuriweho n’abagore benshi :
1/ Ntiyita ku bana bawe :
«  Ubona atangiye kutita ku bana banyu, kubera ko aba akeka ko ibi byatuma ubona ko atanyuzwe, bigatuma utangira ibiganiro ».
2/ Amafaranga arahashirira :
« Umugare utanyuzwe n’imibonano mbese amafaranga arahashirira, ajya gushaka ibindi bimunezeza kugira ngo yiyibagize ibyamubayeho. Akaba yanagura ibintu bihenze wasanga bitari binakenewe cyane. »
3/  Arabyibuha :
«  Umugore iyo atanyuzwe n’imibonano akora uko ashoboye ngo azibe icyuho cy’igitsina , noneho akarya cyane kugira ngo aburizemo ubushake bw’imibonano »
4/ Akora cyane :
Kugira ngo mutabonana agerageza gukora akazi kenshi, kugira ngo atanagutekerezaho.
5/ Akora ibiganiro bitamenyerewe mu gihe uri kuganira n’inshuti zawe :
« Aboneraho,kuvuga ikitagenda neza. Iyo agize Imana akumva murikuganira nawe aboneraho gutanga igitekerezo mu biganiro byanyu, abandi bagakeka ko ari igitekerezo nawe arigutanga, nyamara aboneyeho gutanga ibitagenda neza.
6/ Agerageza kwikinisha :
« Iyo adakorerwa imibonano ngo arangize, agerageza kwikinisha ubwe ngo arebe ko yakwikiza imisonga, kuko nta mutekano na muke aba afite. »
7/ Atangira kureba amafilimi y’imibonano mpuzabitsina :
«  Akenshi hari igihe atangira gukeka ko yaba ariwe kibazo gituma utamukorera uko bigomba, noneho agatangira kureba amafilimi akorwamo imibonano mpuzabitsina ngo arebe uko bikorwa. »
8/ Agerageza kutanyeganyega na gato mu gihe cy’imibonano mpuzabitsina :
« Igihe muri gukora imibonano mpuzabitsina ukabona atanyeganyega ndetse ubona atarinokwiyunvamo ibyo murimo, n’uko haba hari ikitagenda kandi mukeneye kwicara mukaganira. »
9/Atangira kugaragaza ubushake bwe cyane :
 « Atangira kukoherereza ubutumwa busobanutse neza ko akeneye ko mukora imibonano. Kubera ko aba abona ko ushobora kuba witiranya ubushake bwe utabona ko ari gushaka imibonano. »
10/ Akunda kuvuga akunenga cyangwa akugaya :
Ibyo biba bigaragaza ko utamwitaho uko bikwiye mu gihe muri mu buriri. Gukorera umuntu imibonano mpuzabitsina akagera aho  umuntu akagera aho arangiza neza bituma : Agukunda,akwemera,akwubaha,ndetse akakwifuza mu buryo bw’ibitekerezo ndetse no muburyo bugaragara.
