UBUZIMA BWO MU MUTWE MU ISI Y’UBUSUMBANE

Mu gihe Isi iri kwitegura umunsi mpuzamahanga wagenewe Ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ku itariki ya 10 Ukwakira; ikigo mpuzamahanga gishinzwe ibijyanye n’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe World Federation for Mental Health (WFMF) kikaba cyaratanze insanganyamatsiko y’uyu mwaka 2021, ariyo “UBUZIMA BWO MU MUTWE MW’ISI Y’UBUSUMBANE”.

Iyi nsanganyamatsiko barayihisemo  ku rwego rw’isi n’abakurikirana ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ndetse harimo n’abagize uyu muryango wa WFMF, abafatanyabikorwa ndetse n’abashyigikira gahunda zo kwimakaza ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe.

Bakaba barahisemo iyi nsanganyatsiko bitewe n’uko isi  ifite ubusumbane hagati y’abakene n’abakire bugenda bufata iyindi ntera. Abantu bakize bakomeza bazamuka mu bukire mu gihe abakene nabo umubare wabo ugenda wiyongera cyane.

Ndetse izo serivise no mu bihugu bifite abaturage bahembwa amafaranga menshi  nayo si nziza cyane.

Kuba ubuzima bwo mu mutwe nta nkunga bubona bituma ingengo y’imari  y’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ihungabanywa. Abantu bafite ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ntibabona ubuvuzi bakwiriye ndetse imiryango yabo n’ababitaho bakomeza guhabwa akato muri sosiyeti.

World Federation for Mental Health (WFMF) igaragaza ko  ubu busumbane bukwiye guhinduka, ko bidakwiye uko bimeze.  Koa bantu bose bakwiye guhagurukira hamwe, kuko buri wese afite icyo yakora mu kugira ngo aba bavandimwe  bafite uburwayi bwo mu mutwe babeho neza ; kuko bakeneye ubufasha mu ngeri zose.

Banibukije ko  n’abantu bagenda bahura n’uburwayi busanzwe  bw’umubiri bibatera ibibazo byo mu mutwe, benshi muri bo bafite indwara y’umuhangayiko ndetse n’agahinda gakabije. Noneho ibi bigatizwa umurindi no kutakirwa muri sosiyete ndetse n’ubukungu bwabo, n’uburyo bw’imibereho butaba ari bwiza.

Icyorezo cya COVID 19 cyerekanye impact y’ubusumbane mu by’ubuzima dore ko nta gihugu na kimwe cyari kiyiteguye. Iki cyorezo cyazengereje benshi  ,ingaruka zacyo mu by’ubukungu bizafata  igihe kugira ngo bisubire ku murongo.

Umunsi mpuzamahanga w’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe “ ubuzima bwo mu mutwe mu isi y’ubusumbane”  Iki kigo cyo kurwego rw’Isi gishinzwe ubuzima bwo mu mutwe, kigaragaza ko  Ubukangurambaga buzabafasha  gucukumbura ku bibazo bitera ubwo busumbane  yaba ku rwego r’Igihugu by’umwihariko ndetse no ku rwego rw’Isi muri rusange. Bakeneye gufasha   mu guhangana n’iki kibazo cy’ubusumbane mu karere k’i wabo.

Aho uyu muryango ushishikariza abashakashatsi kubasangiza ibyo bazi ku bijyanye “ n’ubusumbane mu buzima bwo mu mutwe”; ndetse n’ibitekerezo ku cyakorwa ngo ubu busumbane bucike burundu.

Ikigo WFMH cyashinzwe mu mwaka wa 1948, isi yari ivuye mu ntambara ikomeye  ariko kandi ibisubizo by’ibyo bibazo byari byugarije isi byakemuwe n’abafatanyabikorwa bayo ndetse n’abaturage bafite ubushake bwo kubungabunga ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe.
