Nkosazana yagize ati “Turashimira cyane Perezida Paul Kagame, Guverinoma y’u Rwanda n’Abanyarwanda ku mitegurire myiza y’inama y’Umuryango wa Afurika Yunze Ubumwe yabaye ku nshuro ya 27. Perezida Macky Sall na we ati “Ndashimira Abanyarwanda bateguye iyi nama, uburyo bakirana abantu urugwiro ndetse no kuba barateguye inama ya 27 ya AU.” Ku ruhande rw’abashyitsi, iyi nama yagenze neza, abasangwa bari bafite inshingano zo kwakira abashyitsi bitabiriye iyo nama nabo bashimwe na Perezida Kagame, wabakiriye mu birori byabaye kumugoroba wo kuri uyu wa Gatanu tariki ya 22 Nyakanga 2016. Umukuru w’Igihugu yabashimiye uruhare bagize muri iyi migendekere myiyza yayo, ahereye kuri buri cyiciro cyari gihagarariye buri Munyarwanda, abibutsa ko uruhare bayigizemo, ubwitange bwabo bwahesheje u Rwanda ishema imbere y’amahanga. Yagize ati “Ndashimira Abanyarwanda bose aho bari hose, uburyo bakiriye inama ya AU yabereye i Kigali, ikagenda neza nk’uko twabyifuzaga. Ndashimira kandi abakozi bose ba Radisson Blu Hotel, abo mwakiriye bose bishimiye serivisi zanyu.”

Imigendekere myiza y’iyo nama kandi igendanye no kunoza umutekano byagaragaye muri Kigali muri icyo gihe, n’ubwo u Rwanda rusanzwe ruzwiho kugira umutekano usesuye. Ati “Abashinzwe umutekano nabo bakoze akazi keza nk’uko bisanzwe, abashyitsi bacu baba mu mutekano usesuye.” Urubyiruko rw’u Rwanda, amizero y’uyu munsi n’ejo hazaza narwo ngo rwaritanze rukora igihe n’imburagihe ngo iyo nama igende neza. Perezida Kagame yabashimye agira ati “Urubyiruko, abana bacu iyi nama bayigize iyabo maze bakora akazi keza amasaha yose. Turabashimira.”

Uburyo Abanyarwanda bakiriye abashyitsi ngo ni umuco u Rwanda rusanganywe rwerekanye, ushushanya n’u Rwanda rwiza abarwo barimo kubaka. Uwo muco ugomba gukomeza, abashyitsi bagakomeza kwishimira uko bakiriwe kuko bizatuma u Rwanda rurushaho kuba nyabagendwa kurushaho. Umukuru w’igihugu yasoje abwira Abanyarwanda ko urwego u Rwanda rugezeho mu kwakira abashyitsi ruzakomeza gusigasirwa, ariko binajyana no gukosora ibishobora kutagenda neza, kugira ngo ubutaha binozwe kurushaho. Yagize ati “Igisigaye ni uguhozaho dukomeza kunoza serivisi dutanga, tugana ku iterambere twifuza. […], Ibitaragenze neza turakomeza gukora ngo bigende neza kandi ntabwo bizatunanira.”

Inama y’Umuryango wa Afurika yunze Ubumwe yabereye mu Rwanda kuva tariki ya 10 kugeza ku ya 18 Nyakanga, ihuza abayobozi batandukamye barimo abakuru b’ibihugu na Guverinoma, ba Minisitiri b’Ububanyi n’amahanga n’abandi bayobozi batandukanye.
