In many countries in Africa, even in the whole world, doing business when you are a foreigner is hard. You wonder how the situation is in Rwanda for people who do business here as a foreigner?
Andrew SSENOMBE is one of the businessmen who is doing it here in Rwanda, where he does a business of spare parts in Gatsata, Juakari, and other different parts of the country
“Since I came here in Rwanda in 2018, my company GAEL KABAMBE PARTS Ltd is one of the best spare parts company. Rwanda is the best country to do business in Africa. I advise most of the people in Africa, even beyond, to come and do business here in Rwanda because the environment, the system, the Government, and all people are friendly here. And when you have challenges, just a minor problem, it’s solved immediately.” Said Andrew.
About taxes that many people say that it’s on high level, he said that a country can’t develop without taxes. And we pay taxes because we sell. If we don’t sell, we don’t pay taxes. So taxes are very important for the development of the country.
Andrew attends tender and compete. There is transparency in tender, he is not being taken as a foreigner in competition, the one who has best quality according to what is requested win the tender regardless of who is, either a citizen or a foreigner.
“I’m telling you my company is the most that get Government tender because of best quality of my products and the way I supply”. He added.
Andrew liked Rwandan leadership and decided to give the name to his son Paul Kagame SSENOMBE, for showing the President of Rwanda how he loves and respects him, and the way he is leading this country Rwanda.
