Menya uko wakwirinda indwara y’umutima

Indwara y’umutima iri mu cyiciro cy’indwara zitandura, zigira ingaruka z’ubuzima mu gihe kirekire, kandi akenshi zigatuma hakenerwa ubuvuzi bw’igihe kirekire.

Ni gute wakwirinda indwara y’umutima?

  1. Kurya indyo yuzuye: irimo ibyubaka umubiri, ibirinda indwara ndetse n’ibitera imbaraga. Aho twavuga: imbuto nyinshi, imboga, ibinyampeke n’ibindi.
